Confidentiality Notice
Last updated: July 2026
Our Standard
Confidentiality is not a feature of how we work. It is the foundation. Every engagement Juliedoo conducts is subject to strict confidentiality obligations. No client is ever named. No project is ever identified. No findings are ever disclosed outside the engagement, except where required by applicable law or a binding legal obligation. This applies before, during, and after the engagement concludes.
What We Protect
- The identity of every client and every individual involved in an engagement.
- The nature, scope, and findings of every engagement.
- All documents, communications, and materials shared with us through any channel.
- All information obtained through interviews, access, or observation during the engagement.
- The existence of the engagement itself.
How We Handle Information
Information shared with Juliedoo is used for one purpose only: to conduct the engagement as defined in the signed contract. We do not:
- Share client information with third parties, except where required by applicable law.
- Use findings from one engagement to inform another.
- Retain information beyond what is required by the engagement contract or applicable law.
- Reference, anonymise, or publish any aspect of an engagement without explicit written consent.
The Client Portal
Documents uploaded to the Juliedoo client portal are stored in a private, access-controlled environment. They are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the client and authorised Juliedoo principals. Portal access credentials must not be shared with any third party.
Contractual Obligation
All confidentiality commitments are formalised in the engagement contract signed prior to the commencement of any work. Both parties are bound by these obligations. Juliedoo takes its confidentiality obligations seriously and expects the same from its clients.
